How often do you and your partner find yourself smiling, laughing and enjoying one another?
A smile is an easy way to feel intimately connected to your significant other.
If you're feeling disconnected, alone or lonely in relationship, I challenge you to do a smile experiment.
Smile at your partner at least 3 times a day in a genuine, loving way. Try this for at least one week and assess whether you feel any differently about your lover.
If you do? Keep smiling!
If not, you might want to seek counseling to learn other strategies to change the dynamics of your relationship so you might feel more fulfilled.
